Fonetico Agent Watch

Fonetico AgentWatch is an agent monitoring solution that enables contact centers to keep track of their agents activity, also restraining their possibility to waste valuable time while at work. This project started as a request from one customer who was facing the problem of agents missing from their desk or browsing and playing on the internet. In a 700 seat contact center is hard to keep track who is going where and how much he/she is missing, or if everybody is actually working. Agent Watch can show in real time agent presence at the desk and idle times, can broadcast messages, show reports with agents activity over a period of time. Reports can be integrated in third-party HR applications.
