Vector Communications is a company specialized in consulting services and development of software solutions for telecom operators, internet service providers and call centers, enabling them to launch and operate new and enhanced services.

Founded in 2004 in Bucharest - Romania, Vector Communications has established itself as a provider of high-level voice and data networking consulting services. In the beginning of 2005 the company extends its expertise to call center design, configuration and consulting services, SS7 consulting and software products.

Q: How long has Vector been around ?

A: Well.....the actual birthday is 17 Dec 2004, so the best answer is probably "enough to make its presence felt". Good and bad things happened to us since then, but we are alive and kicking...

Q: What about the open source claim ?

A: Well, we do spend a lot of time testing and researching on open source technologies, but that’s not all. We plan to move our software to the open source world.

Q: Will you sign NDAs?

A: The short answer is that yes, we will for serious projects. We crossed paths with people trying to "re-invent hot water" so we reserve the right to refuse.  

Q: How do you charge for consulting, development  and support services ?

A: Depending on the project difficulty / duration , the amount will be established from the beginning and you’re not going to get a surprise bill for a five minute phone call. 

Q: What about payment terms ?

A: If we start a project we fully commit to it. We expect the same commitment from your part regarding payment.
